Angel Locsin, confirmed that she transferred to abscbn, will face gma7 bosses to say and bid farewell.
“Gusto ko nang kausapin ang mga taong dapat kong kausapin. Gusto ko matapos na ito once and for all (I want to speak with the people I need to speak with. I want to end this once and for all),” Locsin told ABS-CBN’s “The Buzz” on Sunday.
According to Locsin’s manager, Becky Aguila, Angel will meet the “owner” of GMA-7 and make a proper farewell to the network that made her a star. Aguila did not mention who the owner was, but she was most likely referring to Atty. Felipe Gozon, GMA chairperson and CEO. She did not mention if they were granted an appointment.
“Nagsabi siya na pag-uwi ko, haharapin ko sila. Magpapaalam ako sa kanila. Haharapin ko ang may-ari ng GMA, (She said that when she returns she will face them. I’ll bid them farewell. I’ll meet the owner of GMA-7)” Aguila said in a separate interview with “The Buzz”.
This came as a result of Angel’s dejection over charges she had been an “ingrate” and a “traitor.”
“She’s bothered. Nalulungkot siya. Sana sa pag-uwi, tapos na ito.Tama na. Just let her move on…Tumatanaw kami ng utang na loob sa GMA, most especially Angel. Nasasaktan nga siya,” Aguila added.
Aguila further confirmed in an interview with GMA-7’s “24 Oras” newscast on Monday Locsin’s desire to make a graceful exit from the Kapuso network by meeting the network bosses she had worked with during the course of her four-year stint in GMA-7. This includes Gozon, GMA-7 senior vice president for entertainment Wilma Galvante, GMA Films president Annette Gozon-Abrogar, and the production head who handled all of her top-rating shows, Redgie Acuña-Magno.
GMA-7 refused to comment on the matter.

Nagbigay ng surprise birthday party ang current associate producer ni Camille na si Kaye Cadsawan at nagsidatingan ang production staff ni Camille—from her PM Cheryl Ching-Sy to the director of Sinasamba Kita Joel Lamangan, and the cast headed by Sheryl Cruz, Bing Loyzaga, at si Valerie.
Kahit nasa ABS-CBN na si Valerie as co-host ni Willie Revillame sa Wowowee, um-appear pa rin si Valerie kasama ng kanyang ina sa party na ginawa sa Music 21 sa Timog rainy Monday night, August 6.
